Building Diagnostics Associates
We have the following opportunities available:
Project Architect:
Minimum 3-5 years experience in roofing, waterproofing and
exterior wall system consulting. Experience must be in investigation, specification and design of
building system repairs and replacements, not new construction. Familiarity with CSI formats is essential.
Clear, grammatically correct writing style is important. Candidate must know Microsoft Word, Internet
and AutoCAD R12+ or LT and should have ability to learn other software. Prefer licensed architect, but will consider intern. Salary dependant upon previous experience. Ownership opportunity for right person. To qualify, must be registered Architect able to provide outstanding technical services for roofing, waterproofing and exterior wall systems and have the ability and enthusiasm for new client contact and old client retention. Ownership transition is by gradual stock transfer. Current intern may be eligible after licensing.

specification and design of building system repairs and replacements, not new
construction. Familiarity with CSI formats and clear, grammatically correct writing style is important. Candidate must know Microsoft Word, Internet and AutoCAD R12+ or LT and have ability to learn other software. Prefer licensed engineer, but will consider EIT. Salary dependant upon previous experience.
