Reroofing of a multistory hotel/office mixed use building. Clay
tile roofs were designed for this ten story structure after the existing
roof was severely damaged due to Hurricane Andrew. Stucco repairs and
repairs to the historic Rotunda windows were also completed. The building
is on the National Historic Register.
