Since 1999, Building Diagnostics Associates has provided on-going roof consulting services for the 465 statewide facilities of First Union Bank. Services include surveys of existing conditions to determine the remaining expected service life, establish a budget for repairs or reroofing and prepare a schedule for the roofing based on the condition at the time of the survey.

We provide construction documents for the remedial work, put the project out to bid and observe the installation.
