EXPERIENCE
Since 2000, has been working in management aspects in the fields of construction, shipping and logistics, and hospitalities. Since then has received a total of four years of direct experience in the construction industry. Responsibilities have included management of large projects to small.
Since early 2007, Project Manager for Building Diagnostics Associates has been responsible for project management, inspections, field observations, preparation of construction documents, bidding and construction administration.
Two years prior experience as Project Superintendent for South Florida Offices of a restoration and renovation contractor, Leffler and Heaney, Inc, Orlando, Florida. The project consisted of interior demolition and restoration of publicly funded apartments. Total value of the renovation was 18 million dollars. Responsibilities included general management of the project, inspections, quality control, owner relations, warranty resolution and investigation, and ultimately the completion and delivery of the project up to the warranty phase.
One year prior experience as Personal Assistant to the owner of L.D. Krezmien Building LLC. Responsibilities included supervision of crews and administrative tasks.
Has also been a private construction consultant for select clients and for lakayMarie.org.
